Our plans start at 4 GB, which is comfortable for a group of friends on one of the standard maps. You will want more once the population grows, once you load a long list of Workshop mods, or once you move to a large custom map with a lot of structures saved on it. Upgrading later is a plan change, not a rebuild, so starting modest is a reasonable way in.

Unturned pulls mods, maps and item packs from the Steam Workshop, and you tell the server which ones to use by adding their Workshop IDs to the server's workshop config file. You can edit that file directly in the panel's file manager or over FTP, then restart and the server fetches the content itself. A restart after any change is the safest way to make sure everything loads in the right order.

Usually not by hand — Unturned is designed so that connecting players are pointed at the Workshop content the server uses and download it on the way in. Large mod lists make that first connection slower, so it helps to warn people the first join may take a while. If someone gets stuck, having them subscribe to the same items manually normally clears it up.

Yes. You can run any of the maps that ship with the game, or point the server at a Workshop map by adding it to the workshop list and setting the map name in the config. Custom maps vary a lot in size, so a big one is a good reason to sit on a higher plan than the entry tier.

Yes. The panel includes a live console for typing server commands, full file manager and FTP access, manual backups within your plan's backup slots, and scheduled restarts. You can also grant yourself in-game admin so you can moderate, spawn items and manage players without switching windows.

Yes. Unturned's server config covers the difficulty mode, PvP or PvE, loot and zombie behaviour, and a long list of individual gameplay values you can tune by hand. Everything lives in editable config files, so you change it in the panel and restart — no ticket needed.

You choose your location when ordering: Falkenstein (Germany), Warsaw (Poland), London (UK) or Gravelines (France). Pick the one closest to you — the shorter the distance, the lower your ping.

Game Swaps are included in every plan: turn the same server into another supported game in one click, and each game keeps its own saved preset so nothing is lost when you swap back.
