Refund Policy
Our game servers are activated instantly and run continuously, so hosting fees are non-refundable. To let you try us risk-free, every new customer is covered by a 24-hour money-back guarantee.
1. Services are non-refundable
All fees for our hosting services, including monthly fees, setup fees, upgrades, add-ons, dedicated IPs and resource overages, are final and non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this policy.
2. 24-hour money-back guarantee
New customers may request a full refund of their initial purchase within 24 hours of activation by contacting our support team with their order number. This guarantee:
- applies once per customer, to the first order only;
- does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons or dedicated IPs;
- is void if a chargeback or payment dispute is opened;
- does not apply to accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Once a refund is approved, the associated service is terminated immediately and its data is permanently deleted.
3. Cancellation
You can turn off renewal at any time from your panel. Cancellation stops future charges — you keep your server until the end of the paid period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Renewals
If an automatic renewal was processed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 24 hours of the charge. After 24 hours, renewal payments are final.
5. Service issues
Refunds or account credit for confirmed outages caused by factors within our control are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for issues caused by your own configuration, excessive resource usage, or third-party software and plugins.
6. Consumers (EU/EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate activation of your server, you ask us to begin the service during any statutory withdrawal period. Where such a right applies and has not expired, any refund is reduced by the value of the service already provided. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Terms of Service. This does not affect your right to report technical problems with the service.
